烏俄停戰取得重大進展，白宮表示烏克蘭和俄羅斯同意，要達成黑海停火，確保當地的航運安全。不過克宮要求，要解除對俄國的部分制裁才會開始實施，對此，烏克蘭總統澤倫斯基警告，俄國已經開始在操弄和扭曲協議，他也示警華府官員，正在受到俄國散布的假訊息影響。
