歐盟貿易代表在25日前往華府，與美國高階貿易官員對話，試圖說服美國不要在4月2日對歐盟實施對等關稅，然而截至目前，雙方仍未對相關議題達成共識。與此同時，有知情人士表示印度正在考慮，削減對美進口商品一半以上的關稅，總價值高達230億美元。
