美國情報機構，最近發表年度威脅評估報告，指中國仍然是美國最大的軍事及網絡威脅。美國商務部工業及安全局，也在聯邦公報上發布2篇公告，一共制裁54間中國企業，包括一間標明來自香港的公司。對此，引來中國當局強烈不滿。
