緬甸克倫邊防軍近日挺進KK園區，救出多位人質，同時，預計在月底前掃蕩該區其他勢力。另一邊，泰國和柬埔寨也合力從柬埔寨邊境，救出215位人質。不過，在多國協力打詐之際，仍有印尼人被外派高薪工作所誆騙，至緬甸詐騙中心。此事引起印尼當局關注，表示會全力營救這些受害者，也會防止這樣的詐騙手現象，再度擴散。
