美國總統川普13日特別點名台灣，他認為台灣搶走了美國的晶片生意；還說如果晶片不回到美國生產，美國將非常不滿。為了促使科技業將晶片製造移回美國，川普就威脅要對所有外國製造的處理器，課徵高達100%的關稅。
