美國總統川普上任不到一個月，就開始狂退群，近期除了簽署行政命令，退出世界衛生組織和巴黎協定外，在4日，又再度簽署行政命令，退出聯合國人權理事會，並停止援助，聯合國的近東巴勒斯坦難民救濟工作署。而除了日前宣布關閉美國國際開發總署外，據悉，現在又正研擬要解散教育部，引發美國內部反對聲浪四起。
