美國洛杉磯市的「太平洋斷崖」高級社區，8日發生大規模野火，延燒超過1.5萬英畝。火勢如此嚴重，當地的消防栓卻被發現已經乾涸，令警消人員束手無策。民眾也痛批洛杉磯政府，都是因為水庫長年管理不善，才會導致當地一度無水可用。
