南韓央行韓國銀行，8月29日公布了對北韓經濟發展的最新預估，結果顯示，北韓2024年的GDP，大漲3%，逆轉前三年的頹勢。韓國銀行在報告中指出，北韓開始協助俄國在烏克蘭的戰事後，國內的生產、營造與礦業都有受惠。不過，相形之下，俄國國營石油公司近日公布的財報卻顯示，公司2025上半年，淨收入重摔68%。
