美國總統川普，傳出不滿，跟歐盟之間的談判。所以跟歐方，任何的協議，都至少加徵15到20%關稅。而分析認為，川普對歐盟進行「壓力測試」，就是想看看，對方的底線，到底在哪裡。不過，消息一出，首當其衝的，反而是美股。道瓊指數，隨即大跌 142點。因為，美國投資人，都擔心，最大貿易夥伴歐盟，可能會採取，反制措施。
