俄烏戰爭持續之際，烏克蘭總統澤倫斯基於28日訪問柏林，與德國總理梅爾茨會面。梅爾茨會後表示，德國將協助基輔生產長程導彈。儘管他過去多次表態支持援助「金牛座」巡弋飛彈，但由於俄羅斯曾警告，若基輔動用該型飛彈攻擊俄境，將視同德國直接參戰。此次德烏聯合記者會，也沒有明確表態是否提供金牛座長程巡弋飛彈。
