美國總統川普7日與以色列總理納坦雅胡會面時，預告了一項1兆美元的國防預算案，相當於台幣33兆元，這將會是美國有史以來，最龐大的軍事開支計畫。這個數字，也比美國國會今年，為國防劃撥的8,920億美元預算高出許多。同時，美國陸軍也將在6月14號，慶祝建軍250周年，而那天正好也是川普的79歲生日，預計會在華府街頭舉行閱兵活動。
