川普近期對美國貿易夥伴，大舉課徵關稅，上個月29日，美國聯邦上訴法院宣布，川普大部分的政策都違法，不過川普政府認為，總統是為了避免金融危機的發生，才會實施對等關稅政策。法院宣布關稅政策，將暫時延長到10月14日，而川普則表示最快會在3號，向最高法院提出上訴。
