南韓房地產企業富榮集團會長李重根大手筆推行生育補助制度，員工每生育一胎即可獲得1億韓元補助。今年，他已發放高達28億韓元的補助金。李重根表示，希望此舉能帶動其他企業效仿，進而協助國家提升生育率。事實上，南韓2024年總生育率時隔多年首次回升，隨著更多獎勵政策的推動，未來生育率有望持續上升。
