Show Notes
Ooh La La, a luxurious lactic cheese from Highland Fine Cheeses, has been crowned the top Scottish cheese at the British and Irish Cheese Awards. This rich, buttery cheese, with a soft, delicate rind, was perfected by head cheesemaker Rory Stone over eight years, drawing inspiration from French traditions. The supreme champion title, however, went to Dazel Ash, an ash-coated goat cheese from Rosary Goat Cheese. Ooh La La is now set to captivate more taste buds across Scotland and beyond.
