Show Notes
Jonathan Banner, from East Renfrewshire, pleaded guilty in court for frightening his partner during a heated argument in Barrhead last July. The couple, together for four and a half years, had a dispute that escalated, with Banner shouting at her for over an hour. The woman, distressed, had a panic attack, climbed out the window, and called the police. Banner was arrested and sentenced to 135 hours of unpaid community work and a year of social work supervision. Despite the incident, his partner still wants him back home.
