This is a new export of the only known source, Robert is making his 2nd known appearance on CLL, he was previously on the show presumably in September 1996 which is a lost episode that will likely never be recovered, sadly. Robert shows up for the 2nd hour, the show cuts off as they’re wrapping up and Robert is complimenting Adam as a “DJ” the episode is nearly 100% complete with just a few seconds of missing content.
