The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return... But, barring that, you can just listen to this podcast and learn a thing or two about Moulin Rouge!
The 2001 film, directed by Baz Luhrmann, centers on a love-obsessed poet played by Ewan McGregor, who falls in love with Satine, the star of the titular cabaret BUT THERE'S A TWIST... For some reason, everyone at the Moulin Rouge knows the lyrics of songs popularized by the likes of Nirvana and Marilyn Monroe, even though it's only 1900. Go figure.
Will Emily be able to convey her love for this movie? Will Eric also love it? And, follow-up to the second question, why not? You'll have to listen to find out!
