On the cocktail side of things Ben is drinking a Ranchero Pelirrojo and Matthew is drinking a Mateo Cain. Recipes below.
Ranchero Pelirrojo
- 2 oz Tequila
- 3/4 oz Ginger Syrup
- 4 oz Club Soda
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass with ice. Stir gently to combine.
Mateo Cain
- 2 oz Añejo Tequila
- 1/4 oz Licor 43
- 1/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- 1 Dash Ginger Bitters
