On the cocktail side of things Matthew is drinking a Cherry Sour while Ben is drinking a Blueberry Spritz. Recipes below.
Cherry Sour
- 2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 1/2 oz Cherry Heering
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- Garnish with lemon wedge and brandied cherries.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Add garnishes. Enjoy.
Blueberry Sour
- 3 oz Blueberry Liqueur
- 2 oz Prosecco
- 1 oz Club Soda
- Fresh blueberries for garnish
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add the blueberry liqueur, Prosecco and club soda and stir once gently with a bar spoon. Garnish with fresh blue berries by dropping them in the glass.
