Opening Day (night, whatever) is nigh! Our pontificaters make their 2026 predictions! Who will make the final roster? Will Tony Vitello troll fans and have Heliot Ramos not start in left field Wednesday night? How many games will the Giants win? And most importantly, will they make the playoffs? And, many more. Buckle in, this is a long one.
On the cocktail side of things, Ben is drinking a French Gimlet while Matthew is drinking a Timber Cove. Recipes below.
French Gimlet
- 2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- Lime wheel for garnish
- Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake until chilled and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Timber Cove
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz Orgeat
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- Shake all ingredients until well-chilled and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
