Speaking of cocktails, today Matthew is drinking a Greta Garbo while Ben is drinking Spring Cocktail #4. Recipes below.
Cocktail
- 2 fl oz Light white rum
- 1/4 fl oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
- 1/2 fl oz Rich syrup
- 1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/6 fl oz Absinthe
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake 12-15 seconds. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
Cocktail
- 1 1/2 oz Mezcal
- 1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz Simple syrup
- 1 oz Lime juice
- Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge. Or cherries, whatever floats your boat.
