Ep. 210: David Allen talks with Andy and Tim Cotterill

David Allen has a fascinating talk with Brandon Hensinger, Founder and CEO of Avrio Genetics. Brandon has started various companies, from rock climbing to pharmaceuticals. He has a passion for taking startups or small companies and growing them fast. Along the way, GTD has been a key to managing the increasing complexity and responsibility in his life. He says most people don't have much of a system to keep themselves organized, other than their email inbox. For his new employees, he recommends that they read Getting Things Done. He also has them start with a list of projects and items they are waiting for. This allows them to have more productive meetings with colleagues, right from the start. His advice for sharing GTD with others? Don't just give advice. Show them. Give them a demonstration. You can find out much more about Brandon on his website.
