This Podcast is about having a range in everything you do. Having a BARE A$$ MINIMUM--GOAL creates a range. If you fall in the range, great job. If you hit GOAL, VICTORY!!!! If you are below the Bare A$$ minimum then you are entering into excuses, distractions and stories all which do not serve you while trying to feel good and be productive. This system I created works for me, it helps build momentum and leads me in the direction of achieving my daily, weekly and monthly goals. Check it out :)
