An antitrust lawsuit has been filed against the National Association of Realtors, the MLS and several large real estate firms. The suit is meant to dismantle the real estate broker system as it currently exists. It will also protect sellers from being required to pay the buyer-side commission. Ron & Angela get real with their thoughts on the subject.
