Kindness, gratitude, simplicity and community are four words that easily come to mind when thinking about Cambodia. During a recent trip to deliver an accelerate version of my Confident Leaders Program, so many other things became apparent about the privileged way we live in developed countries. As well as how impactful it can be when you bring your whole self to work and truly invest in loving those around you.
