We revisit the Bulldogs thrilling 20-16 victory over Clemson between the hedges Sanford Stadium.
Our very special guests, two of the greatest and most decorated players in Georgia football history - record -setting All-American place kicker, from Marietta, GA, #5 Rex Robinson. And from Jonesboro, record-setting All-American, #19 Scott Woerner. Woerner had a 67-yard punt return for a TD and 98-yard interception return to set up Georgia’s other touchdown. It is one of the great individual performances in Georgia Football history. Robinson booted two field goals in the game.
Georgia was out-gained and Clemson ran nearly twice as many plays, but turnovers and special teams helped deliver the Dogs a memorable victory.
