- Jofre Carnicer: Investigador del CREAF, profesor de Ecología de la Universidad de Barcelona (UB) y desde 2018 también autor del IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel of Climate Change).
- Isabel Cacho: Catedrática de la UB. Departamento de Dinámica de la Tierra y del Océano. Su carrera científica se ha centrado es el estudio de la variabilidad climática natural a diferentes escalas temporales a partir del análisis de sedimentos marinos y también espeleotemas.
