O presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva assinou, na segunda-feira, 28 de agosto, uma medida provisória para taxar os fundos exclusivos. Com ela, esse tipo de investimento passa a sofrer a incidência do come-cotas, que é a cobrança semestral de impostos sobre os rendimentos dos fundos. A alíquota vai de 15% a 20%.
