Title: Psalm 23: Finding Freedom from Insta-Anxiety, Perfectionism & Shame
Summary: Today’s social media culture has filled even Christians with a sense of inadequacy. We feel a constant fear of missing out and a nagging stress over “imperfect” performance as we scroll and swipe. However, the Christian faith gives us the hope of a truly fulfilling life as provided by a Good Shepherd, over the imaginary life of the idealized self. In this powerful message, Dr. Anthony Bradley seeks to free us from the tyranny of the “ought” and show us the green pastures given for us in Psalm 23.
