He’s lived and competed through multiple eras of the sport, eventually earned an Olympia title, and trained numerous celebrities on the side. It’s safe to say that he has an in-depth perspective on bodybuilding over the past few generations. That's why we invited Danny Hester back onto the podcast for another full length interview. We catch up after a year of COVID-19 and a very interesting 2020 bodybuilding season.
