Show Notes

If you are wondering what a submarine has to do with diversity and inclusion, it's EVERYTHING! On a submarine, inclusion is critical to teamwork, to accomplish the mission, to reduce conflict, and to appreciate the strengths of every individual. Inclusion is so engrained that it is organic. Without exaggeration, my guests Deborah Cake Fortin and Jon Gregory Vincent, authors of The Submarine Way and Up Periscope, believe the survival of mankind depends on this concept. They are on a mission: to change the world, one company, one police department, one city, one university at a time. Today is your time too to make inclusion organic in your organization.

We are then joined by celebrity futurist Joyce Gioia, CEO of The Herman Group, for our special series Ahead of the Curve: Normal 2.0. Today's topic is empathy.

The Geeks, Geezers & Googlization TV Show can be viewed live every Wednesday at 1 PM ET on Facebook, YouTube, Talk 4 TV, and broadcast on W4CY Radio, part of Talk 4 Radio, on the Talk 4 Media Network.
