We kick off with exactly what a conveyancer does and go through the whole process of purchasing a property, from the exchange of contracts to understanding the cooling-off period and what happens with settlement, as well. She also gives some great advice for people that are looking to purchase a property and some of the key things that can go wrong as part of the process. I think it's crucial listening for anyone wanting to purchase a property in the future, and Kiani is really generous with her advice.
