We have a chat to Claire about her background in accountancy and how she escaped, to become a buyer's agent, how she got into property, but really zoom into the Canberra market and some great tips on what investors need to be looking out for if they're investing in the ACT - some of the quirks, upcoming suburbs and areas for investors to be looking at. It's a really interesting insight into an unusual market within Australia, but a big one, with some great potential as well.
