Nick Davis is a grape and almond farmer in California’s Central Valley. His Instagram account focuses on sharing the real story of what farming life is like.
Nick comes from a family farm and is well aware of the blood, sweat and tears that go into growing crops for the world market. His grape harvest goes into wine, juice and table grapes.
Almond growers have come under criticism recently, but California produces about 80% of the world almond crop. Aside from food production, the almonds are becoming more popular for products like almond milk and other purées.
