Which to use when? and how results can be impacted by these. Then we go over what i means to be Hard to Kill and how our training covers all of the energy systems to make yourself hard to kill. Does your routine only use a couple of these? Do you want to be hard to kill?.. Lastly, the workout for this week is Dia De Los Muertos!
