Mike Chapman served in a variety of positions for DEA, in the U.S. and overseas. There were a lot of challenging cases, and tough times. Working as the DEA’s Chief of Public Affairs for DEA exposed Mike to the tough decisions he would have to make when he was elected as Sheriff of Loudoun County, Virginia. He found himself and his department in the middle of two of the biggest controversies in the United States, as well as Loudoun County.
