A District Court judge in Arklow has transferred a significant drug possession case to a higher court due to the drugs high value. Kim Keogh, a 52-year-old woman from Arklow, faces charges of unlawful possession of herbal cannabis and possession for sale or supply after police seized approximately €252,000 worth of drugs from her home. The bust was part of an intelligence-led operation in October 2025, involving Garda drugs and organized crime units, as well as Revenue Customs officers. The case is adjourned for six weeks, with Keogh set to appear in court in late April.
