Four teens from Claregalway and Annaghdown secured full scholarships to the Irish language summer college on Inis Oirr, the smallest Aran Island. Ella Sweeney, James Waldron, Kayna OConnell, and Sean Hogan won the prizes worth over one thousand euros each, courtesy of Gaeltacht an Eachréidh. Theyll attend for two weeks this July or August, immersing in island life, learning Irish, and participating in activities like beach trips and night ceilis.
