Colin Hoy is a Ph.D. candidate in neuroscience at UC Berkeley studying decision making, reward learning, and emotion. Prior to his Ph.D., Colin worked at the National Institute of Mental Health developing “mind reading” techniques to decode ongoing cognitive states using functional MRI brain scans.
