<p>We kicked off the Fall 2017 semester, and our "Revival" series, by looking at the importance of the Bible, and why it should be at the foundation of who we are.</p>

<p>In this week of the "Working Faith" we looked at the importance of using our wealth for the Kingdom now instead of in the future. We also looked at being patient because heaven is closer than we think.</p>

<p>In this week of "The Working Faith", we looked at how James addresses our judgement of others. We recognized that our slander and judgement of others come from our pride within. We also saw that our lives are lived out according to God's will.</p>

<p>This week in James chapter 4, we saw that the quarrels among us are a result of the passions within us, that we are to ask God for the desires of His heart, and that our adultery is no match to God's grace.</p>

<p>Special guest Joe Cox helped us see there are two kinds of wisdom. We recognized the importance in seeking Godly wisdom instead of the wisdom of this world for our decisions.</p>

<p>In this week in our "Working Faith" series, we evaluated the impact our words have and how we can use them to better love others, and glorify God through them.</p>

<p>Saved through faith, or saved by works? Do the Apostle Paul and James teach contradicting theology? In week 5 of "A Working Faith," we dove into James 2:14-26 and discussed faith and works.</p>

<p>In Week 4 of "The Working Faith," we looked at James 1:26-2:13, and the importance of caring for those less fortunate and different than us.</p>

<p>In Week 3 of "The Working Faith" we took a look at the importance of approaching the Word of God with humility, and putting our faith into action.</p>

<p>In week 2 of our "The Working Faith" series, we looked at our next section of Scripture in James, and what it teaches us about temptations.</p>

<p>In our first week of "The Working Faith" we looked at what James says about our trials and how to endure them with joy. We also heard from Josh about what wisdom gives us in the midst of pain.</p>

<p>As we approach the end of the semester, we look to finish strong and make resolutions that matter</p>

<p>God often uses things that don't initially look like a blessing to bless us far more than we could have ever imagined. We spent some time looking at the persecution the early church faced, and how God used it for their benefit.</p>

<p>In light of the FUSE scattering on November 8th, we looked at the "why" behind it and how should be burdened with compassion to share the gospel with the students on campus.</p>

<p>In week 3 of our "Where is the Love" series, Josh answered student questions about sexuality, relationships, and God's will in them.</p>

<p>In Week 2 of "Where is the Love," we looked intensely at the role sex plays in our culture, as well as the physical, emotional, and spiritual implications of an unhealthy view of sex.</p>

<p>What does the Bible say about dating? Perhaps it's more than you think. This week we looked at how the Bible defines relationships, along with common lies we buy into regarding relationships, and practical advice when considering entering into a relationship.</p>

<p>Failing is not a matter of if, but when, and our fear of failure holds back from doing what we feel God calling us to do. Listen in as Josh discuss how to have faith through failure.</p>

<p>Anxiety, worry, and depression limit our ability to find peace and joy. In this message, Pastor Josh talks about how to handle anxiety and worry, using Philippians 4.</p>

<p>In week 2 of "Mission," we looked at the life of a married couple in the New Testament who demonstrated a life on mission.</p>

<p>In week 1 of "Mission," we took a look at the importance of carrying a burden for those around us, and having courage to bring light into the world of darkness.</p>

<p>We kicked off the Fall 2016 Semester by taking a look at culture, and the difference between "Christian" and "Gospel" Cultures.</p>

<p>When it comes to the door God is calling us to walk through, one thing is certain: It always leads to life.</p>
