
Why do women fail to reach the top in banking?
A UK report on women in finance, led by Jayne-Anne Gadhia, head of Virgin Money, has found that women occupy only 14 per cent of top jobs in the sector. FT banking correspondent Emma Dunkley spoke to Ms Gadhia about how to fix the problem.
