Sam Fleming has news that the Financial Stability Board is considering putting asset managers under closer scrutiny, treating them as Global Systemically Important Financial Institutions, a classification currently reserved for big banks and insurers. Finally, Dan Schäfer looks ahead to Q1 results for the big US and European banks, with JPMorgan among several big names expected to see falls in fixed income trading revenues
