A cancer diagnosis 5 years ago propelled Elle Halliwell to take control of her health. She researched acupuncture and discovered the benefits of ear seeds, which are needle-free acupressure seeds used to stimulate pressure points in the ear. Using her background in fashion journalism, she created an aesthetically pleasing ear seed and launched her company Auricle Ear Seeds in 2020.
What started out as a passion project during lockdown has become a full-fledged business, and Auricle Ear Seeds is on track to generate 6 figures in revenue by the end of the year.
