Twenty years ago, China had a negligible presence in Latin America. Today, China is South America's top trading partner. So, why has China's interest in the region grown so heavily in recent years, and should America be concerned? According to national security expert and Center for a Secure Free Society Executive Director Joseph Humire, there's more than enough reason to sound the alarm.
