8/14/22 From The Diamond - Braves salvage road trip, prepare again for Mets

Grant McAuley and Cory McCartney recap the longest road trip of the year for the Atlanta Braves, one that started with disappointment but ended with a six-game winning streak. While Vaughn Grissom surprised and thrilled the club in his first week following a call-up, the Braves' rotation got a much-needed boost from some young arms. Max Fried and Kyle Wright were both a little worse for the wear, while Ronald Acuña Jr. was sizzling on the trip but a little dinged up over the weekend.
