Jennifer Hoppel (AIA), of Burdge Architects, Inc. joins Jana to discuss Crown Point Estates’ MariSol Malibu Zero Series, four zero carbon luxury homes designed by Burdge Architects. Zero 1, the first-built MariSol home, is a 14,429 square foot, six-bedroom, nine-bathroom, modern ranch-style property situated on a two-acre plot. Jennifer shares how focusing on the zero carbon agenda led her to materials and techniques that can reduce the carbon footprint of all new home construction.
