This time around I was asked pretty much the same question by a 15 year old and an 81 year old. Both feel they are being discrimination against as photographers because of their age.
Of course I don't think photographers should be paid more or less based on their age. They should be paid based on their work. But I'm not going to sit here and tell you it doesn't happen, because it does, it's human nature.
