As well as sharing the questions we ask ourselves to reflect on the previous year, we discuss different types of goals - from big picture business bucket lists and scary financial targets to softer intentions and guiding words designed to carry us through each season.
Finally, we demonstrate how we end our real-life co-mentoring sessions by setting ourselves simple, achievable tasks to complete before next month.
