Dr. Marianne Ingheim, a cancer survivor and PhD graduate, leads a new journaling class, Pages of Hope, at cCare in Fresno. This free program for women at any cancer stage helps process emotions and rebuild stories through writing. Ingheim, who faced cancer in 2016 and 2023, found solace in journaling, which inspired her book on self-compassion and doctorate. The six-week class, combining in-person and online meetings, aims to foster resilience and meaning, turning personal struggles into strength.
