Show Notes
Fresnos campaign season is in full swing with the June second primary election approaching. Four city council seats and two county board of supervisors seats are up for grabs, along with seven Superior Court judge positions. Notable candidates include Fresno City Council president Mike Karbassi running for supervisor district one and retired sheriff Margaret Mims in district four. Voters will see a mix of challengers, incumbents, and community leaders. The primary is set for June second, with vote-by-mail ballots in early May. To win outright, a candidate needs more than fifty percent of the vote. The full list of candidates will be finalized by March twelfth.
